User Accounts

- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any revenue loss due to staff password sharing is not the responsibility of StayQR24.

Fees and Payments

- StayQR24 operates on a subscription model (Standard/Enterprise).
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day free trial period.
- All recurring payments are billed automatically based on your selected cycle.

Limitation of Liability

StayQR24 is a tool for hotel management. We are not liable for:

Data inaccuracies entered by staff or guests.
Hardware failures (printers/smartphones) at the hotel premises.
Offline periods due to internet failure at the hotel.
Financial loss due to misconfigurations of tax or room rates by hotel staff.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar Sharif, Bihar.
